Made of robust aluminum and white plastic with double-sealed heating elements, the heat panel is suitable for every type of Vivarium.
These Heat panels are made in Germany and imported by myself, all electrical components have been checked and converted to Australian standard.
The dimensions of the heat panel are 31cm wide x 41 cm long x 4 cm thick
I recommend a size from approx 1/3 the size of the tank to a maximum of 1/2 the tank to maintain a suitable thermal gradient.
The heat panel can be easily attached to the ceiling of the vivarium with four M5 screws ( Not Included). Difficult assembly work is unnecessary. Please make sure there is sufficient distance between the heat panel and the ceiling to prevent heat build-up. I have used a 10+ mm nut to space the heat panel away from the mounting surface (Not Included).
Fixing to the side wall is not recommended due to safety and heat distribution in the vivarium.
MUST BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A THERMOSTAT.
