Giving my turtle away to a good home.
I have owned it since a hatchling and unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances, I can no longer keep it.
Vet and I are quite certain she is a female but she technically is still too young to tell.
This will need to go to someone who can spend an hour out of their day to treat an injuries from an aggressive Venustus Cichlid.
The injuries are not high risk and she is in very good shape. She is very active, eating very keen, shedding normally, and a very happy turtle.
The Venustus are no longer in the tank.
The infection has been treated, however is now needing Flamazine cream to prevent infection reoccuring, until she can heal.
I will give you any Flamazine I have left and will continue treating until I find her a home.
Reptile-specific Vet instructions:
Once a day, apply Flamazine to infected areas.
Allow turtle to sit out of water for an hour after cream is applied to let skin absorb.
Estimates the treatment will be required for 1 month.
I can refer you to the vet she is seeing if you like
